We care, it is that simple. I am simply amazed at the number of people who tell me how pleased they are when I finish a job with them. Not just pleased, but blown away. On the same note though, I am also constantly second guessing myself as to what those and other clients think a day, week or a month after I have left.
Because of this I have implemented a new policy which will allow for a free hour of phone support to every client weather they are new or past clients. If you are a client or someone thinking about using us, be aware that even once all the work is done, you will have an hour of phone support available.
So if something is confusing, missing, not to your standards, you can’t stand a change, or something entirely new has come up. CALL US. You will be helped. How can I implement a policy like this? Simply put, it needs to be done. You need to be taken care of, you deserve it. Think of it as a checkup. That is what CompRx is all about after all. “We keep computers healthy” is not just a cliche slogan; We really mean it.
